What we build
Most people don’t call a marine contractor asking for a product. They call because they can’t get to the water, the old bulkhead finally gave up, the shoreline is washing away or the boat has nowhere to sit. Find the situation that sounds like yours.

How we work
Waterfront work has more moving parts than most contracting — tide windows, access, barge or land, and the regulators. Here is the shape of it, residential or commercial.
Depth, bottom and shoreline condition, exposure, wake, access for equipment. The site decides most of what your project can be, so that is where we start.
Scope of work, materials, timeline and pricing, in writing. If a simpler approach would serve you just as well, we’ll say so.
In house in Delaware and Maryland — applications, project documentation, agency coordination, responses and revisions. Permitting assistance and coordination in Virginia. Expect three to twelve months of agency review.
Our own crews and our own fleet — barges, pile-driving equipment, work vessels and heavy equipment — with the marine logistics to reach the site by water or by land.
Not sure what you already have? A standardized condition evaluation of piers, docks, bulkheads, piling and shoreline — individual piling scores, documented problem areas and an overall A–F grade. For owners and buyers deciding what comes next, and for marinas and agencies planning repairs.
